At Caffe Riviera, we strive to provide high-quality coffee products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our coffee products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required.

Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging. Personalized or special-order items may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Processing Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
